She also undertook the role of Soft Tissue Therapist on behalf of Team GB at London 2012. Debbie is currently writing a book on rider movement and biomechanics, and enjoys photography and travel, with her most recent expedition being trekking to Everest Base Camp in March this year.

Debbie said: “I am delighted to be part of the Team for the National Equine Forum in the role of Honorary Secretary. Having been in the Equestrian Industry for the entirety of my career, I am passionate about facilitating and supporting the delivery of information that is critical to the advancement of the sector as a whole. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this exceptional event.”

The National Equine Forum is an annual event bringing together representatives from all echelons of the equestrian industry, including government, equestrian sport, veterinary science and welfare. It has been running for 27 years. Debbie joins a volunteer committee of 15 individuals representing a broad mix of equestrian knowledge and expertise.
