Beautiful horses and a signed surprise
The Katara International Arabian Horse Championship continued in Doha yesterday with the remaining youngstock classes as well as the first mare class.
During the show, there was an announcement that the Arabian Horse World Championships would be held at Katara in 2023 and 2025, with the partnership signed in the ring. Since then, much has been posted on social media about this and I am sure that there is more to come over the next few days and weeks.
Away from the drama, the judges – Ann Norden, Anna Stefaniuk, Carmelo Zaragoza, Cedes Bakker, Francesco Santoro, Graham Smith, Hassanain Al-Nakeeb, Jerzy Białobok, Mohamed Machmoum, Santiago Fornieles, and Tamas Rombauer – had a beautiful group of Arabian horses to judge. The results are below.
