The 2025 WAHO Conference will take place in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates between 5-12 April , followed by the post-conference tours.
For those who have not been on a WAHO Conference before, this is a wonderful opportunity to not only immerse yourself in the culture of the hosting country, but also be with like-minded Arabian horse people.
The proposed schedule is at follows, much of which will be held at the conference venue, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort Hotel.
5-7 April: pre-conference tours
7 April 7.30pm: Welcome reception and dinner
8 April: WAHO General Assembly with lunch, followed by evening social event and dinner
9 April: WAHO General Assembly with guest speakers and lunch, followed by Gala Dinner.
10-12 April: Heritage of the Emirates Days. Enjoy unique private visits to some of the UAE’s most renowned stud farms, showcasing the finest Arabian horses. This will include a visit to Sharjah and a parade of horses from several of Sharjah’s most renowned and successful stud farms; dinner and overnight stay in Sharjah; visit to Ajman Stud, plus others; further stud farms, a horse parade in Abu Dhabi, and the chance to attend a race meeting at the Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club Racecourse.
Following this, a number of post-conference tours are offered.

Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of the hosts, the Emirates Arabian Horse Society, there will be no conference registration fee. This free of charge registration includes not only attendance at the WAHO General Assembly on 8/9 April, when we plan to have several interesting guest speakers, but also all the lunches, dinners and social events from the welcome reception on the evening of 7 April to conclusion on 12 April with the very special visits to renowned stud farms during the Heritage of the Emirates Days. In addition, the short pre-conference tours on 5-7 April are also free of charge, courtesy of the Conference’s kind hosts.
